Framework reveals re:frame Season 2 lineup with deadmau5, Adam Beyer, Chris Lake and ZHU

Framework’s re:frame is coming back for a second winter, and this time Goldenvoice is on the flyer.
Season 2 runs from December 4, 2026, to February 27, 2027, at Reframe Studios, the converted film soundstage in Los Angeles’ Atwater Village. Framework and Goldenvoice revealed the first wave of artists on September 22: 27 dates across 12 weekends, with three nights still hidden behind question marks and a closing weekend yet to be announced.
The jump in scale follows a debut season that ran six weeks, drew more than 30,000 attendees and sold out eight shows. Doubling the calendar and adding Goldenvoice as co-presenter puts re:frame in a different weight class. The two promoters already share history, partnering on Coachella’s Yuma tent along with shows at The Shrine and The Fonda Theatre.
Label nights and a two-night opener
Adam Beyer brings Drumcode to the soundstage on December 11, billed on Framework’s events page as Drumcode LA. It is the clearest techno booking anywhere on the calendar.
Chris Lake lands one night earlier, on Thursday, December 10, for a Black Book Records anniversary. He already headlined two nights of Framework’s summer series at LA State Historic Park on June 19 and 20. Putting his house label midweek with Drumcode right behind it turns the second week of December into back-to-back label nights.
ZHU gets the keys first. He is the only artist on the poster booked for two nights, running the season opening party on December 4 and 5, three weeks after his ON THE MOVE tour behind BLACK MIDAS wraps on November 14.
Return trips, New Year’s Day and a four-hour set
Carlita comes back to Framework after playing its summer series at Gin Ling Way on August 8. This time she opens the Long Feng Lunar New Year weekend on February 19. The art car already knows the room: its arch and dragon installation framed the stage at Season 1’s closing party, and the art car now gets two nights instead of one.
Layton Giordani gets the longest billed runtime on the poster, an extended four-hour set on January 22. It caps a busy 2026 that saw him launch his MADMINDS imprint, land an EDC mainstage slot and make his BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix debut.
ChaseWest takes January 1, the first night of 2027 on the calendar and the day after the season’s New Year’s Eve party.
Tech house and progressive pedigree
Dennis Cruz follows Layton on January 23. The Madrid DJ has released on Solid Grooves and Crosstown Rebels and launched his own BotaniQ label and event series in 2025, built around parties in unconventional venues.
Nic Fanciulli and Paco Osuna share January 15, billed together as “A-Z” on the poster. The pairing has history: the two went B2B at The Steelyard in London back in 2016.
Sasha & John Digweed land January 8, a booking that could anchor a season on its own. The duo is in the middle of a global run that closes with a sold-out open-to-close set at London’s Roundhouse on December 5, so Los Angeles gets them about a month after that finale.
Closing weekend and question marks
The closing weekend on February 26 and 27 is unannounced, with no artists attached yet. Season 1 saved Long Feng for its finale. Season 2 moves the Lunar New Year edition up a week, leaving the last two nights open.
Three more nights are still blurred out. January 2 sits behind a row of question marks the night after ChaseWest, and the full weekend of January 16 and 17 is hidden the same way.
The rest of the season
Bedouin presents Saga on December 12, nimino plays December 18, Nora En Pure takes December 19 and Duke Dumont handles New Year’s Eve. deadmau5 throws a special birthday celebration January 9, with Cassian on January 29 and Mahmut Orhan on January 30. Hot Since 82 plays February 5 and WhoMadeWho bring a hybrid DJ set February 6. Nylon Nights hosts a Big Game Edition February 12 and 13 ahead of Super Bowl LXI at SoFi Stadium on February 14. Damian Lazarus and Tripolism close the Long Feng weekend February 20.
Final thoughts
Season 1 proved Atwater Village could carry a weekly club series. Season 2 doubles the runtime, brings in Goldenvoice and spreads across lanes, from Drumcode techno and a four-hour Layton Giordani set to Sasha & John Digweed and a Super Bowl weekend party. Five nights are still unannounced, so the calendar has more to fill in before the doors open December 4.
Tickets for re:frame Season 2 go on sale Friday, September 25, at 10 a.m. PT. Fans can sign up for on-sale reminders at Framework’s re:frame page.
